Newt Gingrich provided presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani with something he has not received in a while, some good news.  In a non endorsement, Gingrich praised Giuliani saying, "No, I'm not endorsing him, but I've said everywhere and I cite him in every speech I give, that if look at what New York is like today, and you look at the remarkable decline in crime, this is the safest large city in America."  

Also, recently Gingrich called for 'Real Change' in America.  Gingrich inspires and tells Americans that they need to demand change in his new book "Real Change: From the World That Fails to the World That Works."
